DEPOSIT: All appointments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the use of Paypal. This deposit is non-refundable unless a minimum of 24 hours notice is given for any cancellation or reschedule. If you do not have PayPal, you may contact us to arrange for cash drop off or interac e-transfer.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE: A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given in order to successfully cancel or reschedule any appointment. This allows your spot to potentially be filled by someone else. Your deposit will be forfeited if you fail to provide sufficient notice and you may not be rescheduled in the future.

LATE POLICY: All appointments have a 10 minute cut off time. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. Future appointments will require full payment at the time of booking.

FUTURE APPOINTMENTS: If you are late or don't show up to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Any future appointments, including fills, will require you to pay in full for the missed appointment as well as your new selected service at the time of booking. If you "no-show" more than once, you will not be able to book again with any of our techs.

FILLS:  We no longer fill other lash tech's work. If you are currently wearing lashes that were applied elsewhere, please book for a New Set. Removal of old lashes will be included with the purchase of a new set
